7.5 oz. (1 box) yellow corn muffin mix 8 oz. sour cream 2 eggs 1/5 oz. Amaretto Milk, if needed Stir all ingredients until batter is smooth. (Add milk if needed.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour batter into well greased 8" square pan. Bake 20 to 35 minutes until golden brown. |
