AUNT ANNA'S CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
1 pt. cornmeal
1 pt. sour milk
3 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

(If you don't have sour milk use sweet milk, omit soda). Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
