CARROTS (MICROWAVE) 
4 c. sliced carrots
1 sm. onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 tsp. parsley (optional)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules

Combine all in 1 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave on high 7-10 minutes or until done. Stir after half the cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
