SHRIMP 'N BEER BATTER 
SHRIMP MARINADE:

1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

BEER BATTER:

2 bottles beer
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Place 20 to 36 medium or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined in above marinade for 30 minutes. Dust lightly with plain flour. Then dip in beer batter and deep fry at 365°F about 7 minutes or until golden brown.

Looked way too thin so I added more of everything else. Ends up I was super wrong. Added more beer to get original texture and stuff came out awesome. Thanks for the good batter recipe.

Tried the recipe for this batter this past weekend for the superbowl. I will admit I thought it was way too simple so I was pretty skeptical, but to my surprise it came out great. Loved how crispy it was too. Thank you!

Excellent, easy to make recipe. Probably a personal preference thing but next time I would use 1/4 cup lemon juice rather than 1/2 cup.
