SHRIMP 'N BEER BATTER | |
SHRIMP MARINADE: 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper BEER BATTER: 2 bottles beer 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. paprika Place 20 to 36 medium or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined in above marinade for 30 minutes. Dust lightly with plain flour. Then dip in beer batter and deep fry at 365°F about 7 minutes or until golden brown. |
