TURKEY MEATLOAF 
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground sage

Beat eggs; add milk. Stir in bread crumbs. Let stand for several minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
