LOW CHOLESTEROL TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. each parsley flakes and celery flakes
1/4 c. egg beaters
1/2 c. milk
3 slices bread (dried)

Mix all together and ice with 1 tablespoon ketchup. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
