TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. buttermilk (or sweet milk plus 3 tbsp. vinegar)
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Put half the sauce in the meat loaf and half on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
