CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. and 1 tbsp. softened butter
2 c. sugar
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. unpeeled and coarsely grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Cream butter, add sugar, beat in chocolate and add eggs one at a time. Add next 4 ingredients. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon; add to creamed mixture; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until tests done. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes; remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Sift topping (2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon) over cake and right before serving you can fill the center of cake with fresh whole strawberries if you wish.
