1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini (do not peel)
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts
2 tbsp. vanilla

Beat mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon and vanilla for 6 to 7 minutes. Fold in zucchini, raisins and nuts.

Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 40 to 50 minutes at 350. Test with a toothpick to see if it's done. Can be glazed or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
