CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream butter and gradually add sugar. Beat until fluffy. Beat in chocolate and add one egg at a time. Beat in next three ingredients.

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to mixture. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes.

Top with powdered sugar and cinnamon mixed and sift over paper doily onto warm cake.
