FAJITA NACHOS 
Fajita meat
1/4 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. lime juice
1/2 lb. beef skirt or flank steak
Salad oil
Salt

In shallow dish combine garlic and lime juice; add meat. Cover and marinate at room temperature at least 30 minutes.

Preheat grill or broiler. Place meat on grill or broiler rack. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Slice and place on top of nachos.
