SPANISH NOODLES 
1 lb. ground beef (may use ground turkey)
2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 can peas, juice & all
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder (or to taste)

Cook noodles in salted water 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water (prevents sticking). Brown meat and onions in butter. Add noodles, peas and seasonings.

Pour into greased casserole. Pour tomato soup diluted half with water on top. Mix. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
