OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 c. water
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
2 c. bouillon or canned consomme
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
6 potatoes
6 carrots, cubed

Place first 10 items in roaster and cook covered in oven for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Add celery, potatoes and carrots and cook covered for 2 more hours. Makes about 8 generous servings.
