3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
6 sm. ripe, mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Add 1 cup of sifted flour at a time. Add soda and salt. Add mashed bananas and chopped pecans.
