BBQ BEEF 
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 ketchup bottle + 1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. yellow liquid mustard
2 squirts lemon juice
Onion & celery, chopped
4-5 lb. pot or chuck roast

Pour all ingredients into roaster, mix well; add roast. Cook for 5 hours at 300 degrees. Tear apart with fork. Best if done day before.
