BARBECUE BEEF | |
1 1/2 to 2 lb. arm roast or beef of your choice Salt and pepper Favorite BBQ sauce Take roast and put in crock pot. Add salt and pepper to taste, meat tenderizer if desired. Leave in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Take beef out and shred with fork. Add favorite BBQ sauce (I use Ken Davis or Rudolphs) to moisten. Heat for 1 additional hour. Serve over buns. |
