SOUR CREAM BEANS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 sm. onion, minced
1 c. sour cream
2 cans drained green beans
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 tbsp. melted butter

Melt butter in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and onion. Add sour cream, stir constantly, cook until thick. Fold in green beans. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Grate cheese and sprinkle over beans. Crush Rice Krispies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
