GREEN BEANS IN SOUR CREAM 
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans green beans, drained

Saute onions in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Add sour cream and heat over low heat until warm and add beans. Pour into shallow baking dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
