GREEN BEANS IN SOUR CREAM 
Put green beans in pan and heat. Add a little salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar and about 1/2 cup sour cream. Sweet cream may also be used. Take 1 tablespoon lard and 1 tablespoon flour and brown it. Stir into beans. Serve hot. May also be spooned over baked potato.
