GREEN BEANS WITH SOUR CREAM 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. sized onion, grated
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shredded, blanched almonds
1 pkg. frozen French style green beans
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in skillet. Saute onion and mushrooms. Blend in flour. Add sour cream and almonds. Turn heat to simmer. Cook beans according to directions on package and add salt to beans. Do not overcook. Add beans to sauce and continue to simmer 10 minutes. Serves 4.
