SPICY CORN BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 oz.) Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. crushed Doritos or Ritz crackers

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cheese, butter, milk and salt in a saucepan. Heat on low until melted and smooth. Add corn and tomatoes. Pour into an ungreased casserole dish and top with chips or crackers.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and browned on top.
