CHICKEN - MACARONI BAKE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. milk
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
4 c. cooked macaroni
4 tbsp. cracker crumbs or crumbled corn chips

Brown onion in butter. Stir in soup, chicken, milk and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Blend sauce with macaroni; pour into buttered 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. Yield 8 servings.
