PICKLED EGGS 
3 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
Dash of lemon juice

Bring mixture to a boil and pour over peeled, cooked eggs while hot. If desired, add sliced raw onions. Put in a gallon jar or ice cream bucket and let set for 4 to 5 days. Enough for 5 dozen eggs.
