CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet morsels
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

In large saucepan melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter over very low heat. Stir constantly until smooth. Stir in cereal. Press half the mixture in buttered 8x8x2 pan; chill. Set remaining mixture aside.

Melt over hot (not boiling) water, semi-sweet morsels, sugar, butter, and water. Stir until smooth. Spread over chilled cereal mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture evenly over top. Press gently; chill until firm. Yield: 25 squares.
