CRUNCHY FUDGE SANDWICHES | |
4 c. Rice Krispies 6 oz. butterscotch chips 6 oz. chocolate chips 1/2 c. peanut butter 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. water 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a pan. Stir in Rice Krispies. Press half of mixture in buttered, 9 x 9 pan. Chill. In double boiler, combine sugar, butter, water and chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Spread on top of Krispie layer. Top with remaining Krispie mixture. |
