SALAMI AND CHEESE PIE 
2 lb. Italian salami
2 lb. fresh cheese
1 doz. eggs
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Romano cheese
6 eggs for dough
Pinch of salt
Enough flour to handle dough

Cut salami in small chunks and put in large bowl. Cut cheese in small chunks and mix with salami. Beat 12 eggs thoroughly. Pour over salami and cheese. Add parsley, pepper and Romano. Mix all together. Do not use any salt, there is plenty in the salami.

Next beat 6 eggs, pinch of salt, add flour enough to make stiff dough. Roll dough out, put in a deep baking pan, cut edges. Fill pan with ingredients. Cut strips and put on top. Bake for 1 hour in about a 300 degree oven until golden brown. Pie is done when knife is inserted and comes out clean.
