CORN - ONION BAKE 
3 eggs, separated
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavored salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Beat yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add next 4 ingredients. Stir in 1 cup of the onions. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Pour into 1 1/2 quart ungreased casserole. Top with rest of the onions and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. You may put the onions on top for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
