BAKED FRENCH TOAST | |
10 slices wheat or white bread 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk 4 eggs 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Put all ingredients except the bread in a large bowl, mix well with beaters. Put in the bread, cover and refrigerate overnight. Lightly coat a 13x9 pan with vegetable oil. Arrange bread slices in pan. Bake in 350 oven until light brown, about 30-35 minutes. |
