BAKED FRENCH TOAST | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 12 slices bread 6 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk Drained canned thinly sliced peaches Melt butter in 9"x13" pan. Add brown sugar and cinnamon and mix. Add layer of bread (6 slices). Place slices peaches over the bread (sliced thin). Add remaining 6 slices of bread over that. Beat eggs with milk and pour over all. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with syrup and butter if desired. |
