BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
12 slices white bread
1 stick butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Melt butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon with butter. Put on the bottom of a 9x12 inch pan. Lay on top 2 layers. Pour beaten eggs with milk over. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.

Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. When done, turn over and bake like an upside down cake. This won't allow the bottom to stick to the pan.
