BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
12 pieces white bread
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
Syrup to taste

In 9"x13" pan, melt butter. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over melted butter. Stack the bread in 2 layers. Mix beaten eggs and milk, pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into serving pieces, flip each piece over in pan to bring cinnamon mixture to top. Drizzle with syrup before serving.
