MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. warm water
6 strips bacon
1/3. white vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine all ingredients very well and shape into a round loaf and cover with bacon strips. Bake in microwave for 20 minutes on high, turning 1/4 turn every 5 minutes.

Sauce: In last 10 minutes coat with the following sauce 2-3 times. Combine the 1/3 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup catsup and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Pour over the meat loaf. Cook this loaf in a 9 or 10 inch round glass dish or pie pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
