MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. onion soup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. crushed crackers
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients. Only use 1/2 of tomato sauce. Pour other 1/2 tomato sauce over meat loaf after placing it in a microwave-safe casserole or microwave bread pan on high 15 to 18 minutes. Cover with foil for 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
