MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 lg. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. quick cook oats
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix above ingredients in a bowl, except the tomato sauce, adding only 1/3 of the can and reserving the rest. Shape into a loaf and place in a covered dish. Set microwave on full power for 12 to 15 minutes. To the remaining tomato sauce add 2 tablespoonfuls prepared mustard, 2 tablespoonfuls brown sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meat loaf and cook for 3 more minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
