WEIGHT WATCHER'S MICROWAVE MEAT
LOAF
 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. chopped celery or celery salt

Shape into a loaf. Put onto a microwave bacon rack (it drains the grease off) and cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave for 22 minutes on high. Rotate one quarter turn after 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
