BEST IN THE WORLD LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
9 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
8 oz. can mushrooms
3 1/2 c. water
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
29 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
3 packets Equal

Brown meat with onion and seasonings, except Equal. Stir in tomato sauce, paste, mushrooms and water. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. (Mixture should be thin.) Add Equal and take off heat. Mix together cottage, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. Spray 9"x13" pan. Layer 1/3 of noodles, 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 sauce and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese. Continue with 2 more layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
