CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
6 chicken breasts, skinless 6 slices thin ham 6 slices Swiss cheese 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. white wine or 1/2 c. milk Salt Pepper Garlic powder Corn flake or bread crumbs Pound breasts thin, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Place slice of ham and slice of cheese on each breast. Roll and secure with toothpick. Dip in evaporated milk, then roll in either corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs. Put in shallow baking dish. Mix the soup, milk or wine and pour over rolls. Bake, spoon sauce over rolls when needed. If dry add wine. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
