COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN 
Cut up on chicken.

MIXTURE:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Roll pieces in 1/4 cup melted butter, then roll in mixture. Bake, uncovered, in shallow pan 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Line pan with tin foil.
