COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken
4-5 carrots, quartered
4-5 potatoes, halved or quartered
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Flour
Salt seasoned or plain pepper

Flour season and brown chicken, then add onion, celery, carrots, and potatoes. Season to taste. Cover everything with water. Cover pan and cook for 40-60 minutes or until done.
