1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine beef, slightly beaten egg, bread crumbs, milk, sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into loaf. Brush top with additional sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour.
