BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese (1 oz.)
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/3 c. Rich round crackers, crushed (about 10)

In a large saucepan, blend butter, flour and cheese. Add milk. Cook and stir until mixture boils. Stir in cooked broccoli and place in a 1 quart casserole and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
