FRIED RICE 
1 c. cooked Japanese rice
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 pkg. frozen pea pods
1/2 c. cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, fresh onions, celery, any vegetable (chopped)
1/2 c. beef, pork, chicken, shrimp (cooked)
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 boiled egg

Add all ingredients; quickly stir-fry in soy sauce.
