STUFFED BAKE PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1 c. cooked sauerkraut
6 to 8 slices bread soaked in 1 c. milk
1/2 med. sized onions
1/2 tsp. thyme or poultry seasoning
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix bread, onion, thyme, egg, salt and pepper for stuffing. Put pepper and salt on pork chops in a pan or casserole put 4 pork chops. On top of each put about 2 spoons or more of stuffing. Place the remaining 4 chops on top of them securing them with toothpicks. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn chops and bake another 15 minutes. Put 1 to 2 spoons of sauerkraut on top of each chop and bake another 15 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes, red cabbage and applesauce. Makes 4 servings.
