PORK CHOP AND STUFFING BAKE
6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant pork flavored stuffing mix
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. chopped fresh or dried parsley leaves, crushed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pork chops in a 13x9 baking dish, leaving space in center for stuffing. Bake 20 minutes or until pork chops begin to brown.

Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, adding onions, celery, and sage with the seasoning packet. Combine soup, milk, and parsley; remove pork chops from oven.

With spoon, carefully mound stuffing in center of baking dish. Spoon soup mixture over chops. Bake 15 minutes more or until pork is tender (160 degrees internal temperature).

Good and easy recipe. I did season the chops with Lawrys and pepper and seasoned soup mixture with a small dashes of pepper. I used stove top due to time restraints. Worked out wonderfully.
