PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. stuffing mix
1/4 c. celery
2 tbsp. onion
8 pork chops
1 can sliced apples, drained
1/4 c. brown sugar
Dash apple pie spice
Butter

Prepare first 3 ingredients; put in casserole. Brown pork chops quickly in hot skillet. Lay on stuffing in casserole. Mix apples, spice, sugar and dot with butter. Spread over chops. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 10 more minutes.
