PORK CHOP AND STUFFING BAKE
(MICROWAVE)
 
4 cups dry bread cubes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 cup water
5 to 6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Combine bread cubes, onion, celery, salt, poultry seasoning and water in a 12x8-inch baking dish. Mix to combine. Arrange pork chops over stuffing. Spoon soup over chops. Cover with wax paper.

Microwave 25 to 30 minutes or until chops are tender, turning the dish once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
