6 lg. potatoes, sliced thin & round 1 c. Ranch dressing 1 c. shredded cheese butter Spread potatoes in casserole dish and pat butter over top. Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out and cover with Ranch dressing. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until tender (about 30 more minutes). Delicious! | |
