CANTONESE SALAD 
1 bag of spinach
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, drained
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
5 crushed strips of bacon

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1 med. onion, minced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt

Mix all together and put on top of above ingredients.
