GROUND BEEF CHOW MEIN 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Brown beef; add celery and chopped onion. Put in large casserole. Add soups and chow mein noodles. Heat for 40-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

This recipe may be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator, then heated to serve. Yield: 8 servings.
