MINIATURE MEATBALLS IN SOUP 
2 or 3 lg. cans College Inn chicken broth
2 pkg. leaf spinach or 2 pkg. chopped spinach
Cut-up carrots (as many as you want)

Add spinach and carrots to chicken broth. Add meatballs--small, roll in palm of hand.

MEATBALLS:

Ground beef (lean or extra lean, your choice)
Bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Mix ingredients to firm consistency. Place meatballs in soup (need not be pre-cooked. Meatballs will cook as soup cooks.) Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
